For users

User receives email or SMS invitation to take part.
2.
User clicks link and is taken to the web app.
3.
User creates an account and logs in.
4.
User responds to tailored questions, e.g. yes/no, ranking, ratings, multiple choice and submits.
For admin users
1.
Upload CSV spreadsheet with user details.
2.
Admin user populates questions and answer options and sets filters.
Note: We can supply you with a login to create your own questions and answers, or we can do it for you.
3.
Email or SMS is sent to user.
Note: This can be scheduled for any time and any frequency – you decide.
4.
Answers are aggregated and displayed in the backend dashboard.
