How much time does it take to set up for my business? 

Only a day or two. We’ll work with you to decide what you want HAY to do e.g. people wellness check-in, health and safety survey/quiz, employee on-boarding questionnaire. Then we’ll add user profiles and your brand colours and logo. Now it's ready for you to confirm the questions, upload your mailing list and conduct some testing before pressing the go button.

How much does HAY cost? 

The price of HAY will vary from one business or organisation to another, however, it will be a fee for an annual licence. Once we’ve nailed down what you want to use it for and the level of customisation, we’ll give you a fixed cost. The idea is that HAY becomes a valuable asset that you own and use for multiple functions. For registered charities or not-for-profits we have special pricing. 

Hosting and Integration 

In most cases, we will host HAY, because this enables us to provide full and quick support. As well as that there are cost and convenience benefits because there is no need for you to maintain additional hardware and software. However, we will work with your IT team to decide on the best approach.  

How customisable is HAY? 

We’ve designed HAY to be super customisable.  

1. The user interface is easily updated to feature your name, logo and brand colours. We also have a bank of different question types for you can choose from, e.g. multiple choice, image selection, star ratings, yes/no, comment fields and many more.   

2. For some clients we've built in greater customisation, e.g. translating the questions into multiple languages, randomising questions and sending to respondents at preset intervals, to test their health and safety knowledge retention.

Privacy and Security 

User data and their privacy is hugely important to us. We work with your privacy policies which apply to surveys that you create using our services. Your privacy policies will outline how we handle personally identifiable information. The HAY application is delivered with end-to-end encryption (SSL) to ensure your connection to our service is secure. 

Who owns the data? 

All response data at an individual level is controlled and owned by you. Survey users can choose to make their responses fully anonymous. Aggregated data and individual respondent data can be viewed online by any pre-approved admin and reports downloaded in PDF format. HAY is the owner of the tools used to build surveys, analyse and display the data.  

What level of support will you offer? 

Support requests related to how to use features or potential platform problems will be answered within 24 business hours. We work closely with IT teams to ensure the set-up is done right first time and to ensure that they can help to solve problems. However, we are always just a phone call, email, text or chat away.

How will you send out the surveys? 

After we've designed and you’ve previewed your survey, the survey can be sent by direct email invitation to your database with an embedded unique survey url, by SMS or you can even use a QR code.
